MISSING FOR SEVEN MONTHS
Last evening, we were called out to a ‘possible stray’ cat. He was very hungry, and very vocal and was trying to get in to a lady’s house at Les Naftiaux, St Andrews. He was scanned for a microchip, but his registered details were nowhere near this area, so he was brought in to GAA so we could make contact with his owner. This lovely boy is called Puzzle, and he went missing 7 months ago, from his home in Brock Road, St Peter Port.
Thank goodness the lady at Les Naftiaux, had the foresight to call for help, and with many thanks to her, Puzzle has now been reunited with his family, who are absolutely overjoyed. Yet again, this story highlights the importance of microchipping, and also reporting a stray cat that may have lost its way. We still know of many owners that are desperate for news of their much loved pet. Our ultimate aim is to reunite any pet with their family.
