REUNITED~CHEESE HAS BEEN FOUND AFTER FOUR MONTHS 12th April 2026
We are overjoyed to share some wonderful news~Cheese has been found safe and well after four long months missing!
Recently, a grey cat was spotted regularly visiting a property in Rue Des Laurens, Torteval, seeking food and shelter, about a mile away from where Cheese went missing. The homeowner, and his daughter Jenny, noticed that the cat closely matched Cheese’s description and reached out to Marianne for help. A humane trap was carefully set at the property and Jenny safely captured the cat last night.
We are absolutely delighted to confirm that the cat is indeed Cheese!
After months of uncertainty, hope, and searching, Cheese’s owners are beyond thrilled to have their beloved girl back where she belongs~home. It’s a reminder of how important community awareness and kindness can be in bringing lost pets back to their families.
A huge thank you to Jenny for her vigilance, trapping skills and keeping Cheese safe and secure, and of course, thank you to everyone who shared posts and kept an eye out over the past four months~it really does make a difference.
